MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company is a destination that brings friends together. We believe that people are the best thing that can happen to anyone, and our mission is to help people connect in a meaningful way. Our Neapolitan pizza franchise provides a space where people can gather to forge deep bonds of friendship, which are at the heart of happiness.
We want people to talk, not text; to smile at each other, not send emojis; and to form friendships, not just click a button to add a “friend.” We’ve designed a fast-casual pizza franchise that helps people enjoy moments, not just collect digital clutter.
We have designed an experiential brand. As friends walk into the restaurant, they are warmly greeted at a marble countertop where fresh dough is being hand-pressed. They choose pizza ingredients, such as prosciutto that has been thinly sliced by the hand-cranked Vittoria Slicer, then watch their pizza go into one of two 900-degree ovens that cook Neapolitan pizzas in just 90 seconds. As they look around the restaurant, they see friendly faces at the bar, at tables, and gathered around a large olive tree that creates the ambiance of an Italian courtyard. The overall effect is friendly, close-knit, and stylish. It’s an experience guests love and are eager to enjoy again.

MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company commands slightly higher prices than other fast-casual pizza franchises because we offer an exceptional experience, which includes our food and our guests’ experience inside our four walls. Our restaurant is sleek, with a curving pizza bar that puts the prep counter and 900-degree ovens at center stage. Seating is designed to accommodate large and small groups. Patio dining allows guests to enjoy outdoor ambiance, and bar seating lets them get close to the kitchen action and meet new friends. The space was designed by famed architect Sam Marshall, who is known for some of the most successful restaurants in Los Angeles.
We serve authentic Neapolitan pizza — a designation that comes with stringent gastronomic rules for quality. For instance, our dough uses only four ingredients: double-zero flour (the most highly refined flour), purified water, sea salt, and yeast. Our sauce is made from crushed non-GMO Italian peeled tomatoes, our olive oil is Italian, cold-pressed and extra-virgin. Our pizza recipes, as well as the rest of our menu, were designed by Peppe Miele, a Naples-born chef who knows the quality of Neapolitan pizza; Mario Vollera, an Italian-born chef; and counseling chef Roberto Caporuscio, the U.S. president of the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani.
